It will also be interesting to see if we can create the same feel that the real movie did and create real sounds and a video that sounds professional. I felt that a battle from a film like Lord of the Rings would be a good idea because there a lots of things happening at once with a wide mix of different sounds that would be challenging to do. When talking to my group I managed to persuade them, quite easily it turned out, to do the sound to the battle of helms deep from Lord of the Rings.
As I’m trying to be adventuress I want to see if we can create the sound to a scene that has hundreds if not thousands of things going on at once. Over the weekend I was thinking what film I wanted to chose. I also felt that the team worked really well together and we had a good group dynamic. For my sound piece I wanted to do a foley piece with the same people I worked on for the western spaghetti piece because of how much fun I found it and because I felt like I was really good at designing and thinking of ideas for sounds needed.
